Offline validator for a Greek AFM (tax registration number, ΑΦΜ). Checks the value is 9 numeric digits and verifies the check digit using the publicly documented weighted-sum algorithm (each of the first 8 digits multiplied by 2^(8..1), summed, mod 11, mod 10) against the 9th digit.
